The campus recently underwent an ISO Surveillance Visit as part of the ongoing commitment to maintaining high-quality management standards.
The visit, conducted by Engr. Edgar Eleria, an auditor from ISO, aimed to assess compliance with ISO standards concerning administrative operations and support services of the different offices, particularly with the College of Engineering and Architecture, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the Office of the Campus Executive Officer.
One of the key focuses of the surveillance visit was our commitment to quality service delivery. The auditor praised our initiatives which reflect the campus' dedication to meeting the standards with an evaluated report of zero non-conformities and two opportunities for improvement.
Engr. Roger Rumpon, the Campus Executive Officer, extends his gratitude to everyone involved in making the visit a success. As for him, all the hard work and dedication are essential in the journey of attaining continuous improvement and excellence.
