President Dangani emphasized the importance of collaboration: "Together, we rise... Leadership is not about power; it’s about service. We need support from each other." She urged the officers to navigate challenges as a team, stating, “I know that success requires a team effort. So I ask each of you to commit to working together in the interest of all members.”
Engr. Rumpon highlighted the faculty's vital role: "The faculty sector is recognized by law... The main function of the faculty is instruction. If there are no students, that will lead to the extinction of our classes." He also conveyed his expectation: “Whatever problems you have, idulog nyo sa akin, pag-usapan natin. Let’s sit together to solve problems.”
The ceremony concluded with a renewed sense of purpose among the officers, who pledged to collaborate for the betterment of the faculty and university.
After the oath-taking, the new officers convened for their first business meeting, laying the groundwork for their initiatives and strategies. With strong leadership and a shared vision, they are poised to tackle upcoming challenges and foster a thriving academic community, promising a bright future for the Carig Chapter.
